Who we are
Let's VIBE is a small, mission-driven team building education infrastructure for private schools in Brasil. We are early - which means the work is broad, the decisions matter, and the people joining now will shape what this becomes. We are incorporated in both the US and Brasil, and we work across time zones without drama about it.
We are looking for people who genuinely care about creative education, who find AI interesting rather than threatening, and who want their work to have a visible impact on students ages 10 to 16. Credentials matter less than clarity of thought and history of finishing things.

People who can take AI creative tools and turn them into structured 30-week learning programs that actually work for middle schoolers.
Full-stack generalists comfortable with Next.js, Prisma, and the kinds of LMS features that make teachers' lives easier.
Relationship-driven people who understand private school sales cycles in Brasil and can speak both educator and business.
People who can teach teachers how to teach with AI - not as a gimmick, but as a genuine creative amplifier.
