Build the future of creative education

We are building something that did not exist before - the creative leadership program schools have needed for a decade. If you care about students, creative leadership, and AI, keep reading.

Who we are

Let's Vibe is a mission-driven team building the after-school program schools should have had a decade ago. The work is broad, the decisions matter, and the people who join now will shape what this becomes.

We are looking for people who genuinely care about creative education, who find AI interesting rather than threatening, and who want their work to have a visible impact on students ages 13 to 17. Credentials matter less than clarity of thought and a history of finishing things.

The team we are building

We are growing deliberately. These are the roles we are building the team around - if you see yourself in one of them, reach out:

Curriculum designers

People who can take AI creative tools and turn them into structured 40-week learning programs that actually work for middle schoolers.

Engineers

Full-stack generalists comfortable with Next.js, Prisma, and the kinds of LMS features that make teachers' lives easier.

School partnership managers

Relationship-driven people who understand private school decision cycles and can speak both educator and business fluently.

AI tool educators

People who can teach teachers how to teach with AI - not as a gimmick, but as a genuine creative amplifier.

What we believe

Four principles we actually try to operate by - not aspirational wall text.

Students first

Every product decision starts with what serves a 13-year-old in a classroom, not what is technically elegant.

Working beats beautiful

A feature that ships and helps students beats a perfect feature that never lands. We bias toward done.

Long-term thinking

We build for the long arc - not just the current cohort. Every decision considers the student who will be in this program five years from now.

Build with AI

We use AI in our own work the same way we teach students to. We eat our own cooking.

Reach out
